About this event
Learn ways to address common seasonal health concerns in the fourth and final installment of our series with two integrative health experts. Participants will walk away with Western and Eastern herbal strategies, helpful acupressure points, and simple lifestyle shifts to help balance them through the changing seasons. Each 45 minute session is seasonally focused, and participants will be given written instructions to accompany recommendations made during the unit. There will also be an opportunity for participants to ask any questions that come up.
