Seasonal Restoration (Fall/Winter) - A spiritual journey using breathwork, meditation, and more
Saturday, October 29, 2016 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM (EDT)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
Please join us for a Sodotutu two-parts seasonal make-over!
On this day, we will help support change in our lives by introducing you to breathology, our guided meditation, healing sounds, prayers/affirmations/sacred poetry, song and gentle movements.
I will guide you through a series of inspirational work and deep inner silence so you can:
- (1) harvesting and preparing for our winter rest using spiritual tools that helps us project our highest nature
- (2) better manage your resources for seasonal restorations (energy, home, relationship, food, money) using your inner spiritual guide
- (3) learn to segregate aspects of your life so you can be more in alignment with your divine purpose
You may also gain increased clarity and inspirations on how to use your physical efforts sanely and appropriately.
This gathering will help support your alignment with the good things that sustain life and enrich us. It will also help to introduce Sodotutu's monthly gatherings at Transcend.
If you need support to cultivate the good habits that you need to transcend your lower nature, join us. Special attention will on the "spiritual art of husbandry" or what we could also call the management and conservation of all of our inner resources. We will also discuss the herbs and scents we can use to regularly support us.
What to bring: Water for yourself. There will be plenty of blankets and mats. Bring your journal and pen.
Color Vibration Alignment: Blue, Yellow, Reddish brown, Greens, denim, or gingham cloth all work well. This is recommended for those who like to be in alignment using colors.
Fee: The introductory event is a community offering. Love offering to cover the cost of expenses is welcome.
Part II - Sacred Walk (mini-hike)
This gathering will be followed by a sacred mini-hike (30 min or less) to the Patapsco park where your herbal offerings will be returned to the earth in a sacred ceremony. Please keep offerings small (tobacco, sage, or any herbs are ok). Bigger or more is not better ;-). Please RSVP for the hike seperately. The park has an entrance fee of $3 per car. We will meet at the parking lot at a designated time for the brief walk and offering. Weather permitting.
If you have questions, please contact me in advance (prior to May 28th) at firstname.lastname@example.org or 708 888 0411. Please plan accordingly as I will be unavailable after 12PM noon on the 27th through May 29th.
