The official SEAS Opening Ceremonies will take place over U-M's Homecoming Weekend- Thursday, October 26 through Saturday, October 28. We hope you can make it- reserve your place today for this historical event!

You'll get to see newly appointed Dean Jonathan T. Overpeck debut his vision for the future of our school, attend the Climate Change Summit featuring students and rising stars in environmental advocacy, and mingle with other alumni. Don't miss this chance to visit Ann Arbor during the University's Bicentennial Fall Festival!

Thursday, October 26

5:00 p.m. - Samuel A. Graham Dean's Lecture and Installation by Dr. Jonathan T. Overpeck

A public lecture to celebrate the installation of Jonathan T. Overpeck as the inaugural Samuel A. Graham Dean of the University of Michigan School for Environment and Sustainability.

9:00 a.m. - SEAS Open House

10:00 a.m. - SEAS Opening Ceremony

11:00 a.m. - Town Hall on Climate Change (reception to follow)


Saturday, October 28

10:00 a.m. - Pregame gala

12:00 p.m. - Homecoming football vs. Rutgers

5:00 p.m. - Campfire at Saginaw Forest hosted by SEAS Student Government
