Class Description
A 45 min full body barre sculpt class (minus the barre) with a focus on toning and lengthening your lean lines, strengthening your core, increasing your flexibility and firing up those thighs and booty! Jenn’s signature class flow is continuous and always choreographed to the beat, because she LOVES a good playlist. No need for any equipment, just a mat and your own body weight...get ready for some fun, sweaty, Seaport fun!
About the Instructor
Jenn is back for her second summer with Seaport Sweat! She currently teaches barre for Equinox and oversees local partnerships for Gilt City. She's a former New England Patriots Cheerleader with a passion for movement and dance that she incorporates into her workouts. With her upbeat energy, she will bring you that right dose of motivation that will push you a little further than before. Working out should be fun, a release, and your "me time" and she hopes to leave you with all the confidence!

We’re excited to welcome even more of you to our in-person SWEAT sessions, and we’re committed to keeping our class environment safe and comfortable for all participants. Please review our updated procedures below:
- Please wear a mask if needed, or if you feel more comfortable doing so.
- Advance RSVPs are required to attend in-person classes. You can RSVP easily on our Eventbrite page.
- Attendees will need to check in with their class instructor and DJ upon arrival. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the start of class. Please look for the check in signs on Seaport Common.
- Seaport Sweat classes will continue to be equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class. Instructors will refrain from any partner exercises or hands-on form corrections.
- If you are unable to make class or feel unwell, simply cancel your reservation on Eventbrite to make room for someone on the waitlist.
