Free fitness classes are now available on Tuesdays and Thursdays curated by some of New York’s top fitness experts, courtesy of LIFEWTR and NewYork-Presbyterian, Lower Manhattan Hospital. Classes include boot camp, circuit training, yoga and more. Tickets are free but space is limited so RSVP now!
Vinyasa Yoga by Complete Body
An open level alignment driven class to strengthen and open the body. We flow through the postures, linking the breath to movements, encouraging a calm self-awareness and vibrant energy.
Rainy days ahead? Not to worry, our classes are rain or shine!
In the case of rain, we will make best efforts to move the class to one of our indoor spaces at Pier 17. We will notify you with updates in advance.
FAQs
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to check in and claim your spot at the host table. Our staff and security will be able to direct you. You will be required to sign a waiver to participate.
Are walk-ins welcome?
Of course! We ask that you sign up in advance so we can communicate any changes or important information. If sold out, we hold a certain number of spots for walk-ins.
Should I bring my own mat to yoga?
Yes! While there are some mats available for first come, first served, there are not enough for the entire class.
