About this event
Sean Monteiro is a retired Air Force Colonel and A-10 Fighter pilot who has faithfully served our nation for 25 years. An Iraq and Afghanistan war veteran, Sean has commanded and led diverse teams to great success. As Chair of the Virginia Beach Citizens Review Panel Task Force, he guided a diverse team to deliver an unanimous recommendation to strengthen citizen authorities and oversight of the local police department, unanimously codified in law.
Now Sean is running for the Virginia House of Delegates in District 96. He believes that government works best when it is focused on protecting our rights coupled with robust investment in its citizens and communities. When elected, he will bring that same consensus building leadership to Richmond and move our state forward.
