You lived another year. Things happened. In this two hour workshop, you’ll be guided through a combination of breathwork, chanting, meditation, and intentional movement. Through this, you’ll work with your body to process the year - reflecting on all you wish to keep and all you’re ready to release.
This workshop opens with a gratitude intention setting, a relaxation with saging, and a chant to move energy through the chakras. This prepares you for a deep dive into breathwork, chanting, and movement specifically designed to build gratitude through release and reflection. This is followed by a metta (loving-kindness) meditation before closing with a deep relaxation.
Virginia’s yoga practice is rooted in vinyasa and kundalini traditions. She found yoga after fifteen years of dance and zero years of spirituality. Her practice dramatically shifted her perspective of the world and led her to explore increasingly mysterious ideas. She now uses yoga, energy healing, astrology, and tarot to guide people as they embrace their own curiosity. While she finds these practices beautiful and powerful, she mainly believes that this work is exploration, and it is play, and there is no right or wrong.
