Registration includes a HACCP Certificate of Completion from the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO), along with an Electronic Hazard Guide and digital course materials. IMPORTANT: This is a Segment 2 workshop, which requires the successful completion of Segment 1 online training. To ensure proper documentation processing, Segment 1 must be completed no later than January 5, 2026. Additionally, Segment 1 training must be completed within nine months of attending Segment 2.
Proof of Segment One completion is required for attendance.
