Description

The University of Maryland-UME Sea Grant Extension Program offers Seafood HACCP Course to help seafood industry meet the training requirements established under the US FDA’s Seafood HACCP regulations. During this course, participants will learn HACCP principles, the FDA regulation, and the FDA Seafood Hazards Guide. Participants will also work in groups to conduct Hazard Analysis and develop a HACCP plan for model seafood business assigned by the instructors.
