Whether you’re a total novice or a food fanatic we have something for you! Multi-award winning chef Tony Budde has over 30 years of professional experience, including his role as Executive Chef with the Scottish Parliament and Chief Chef at Glasgow’s SEEC. Now Chef Instructor at Dumfries and Galloway College, Tony is brimming with practical advice and delicious recipes for you to try. Let him guide you through all the ins and outs of seafood cookery in this enjoyable half-day session open to all.

From filleting salmon and preparing shellfish to cooking up a fabulous fish supper, Chef Tony will equip you with the basic skills and know-how, enabling you to confidently prepare a variety of seafood dishes.

In this class, you will learn how to prepare, cook and finish two fabulous fish dishes with ample time at the end of the session to relax and enjoy the fruits of your labours. You will also learn about the nutritional value of eating fish and how to pair different flavours and spices while coming away with lots of new ideas. And you’ll be encouraged to err…‘plaice’ delicious fish at the heart of your everyday home cooking!
