Whether you are a total novice or a food fanatic we have something for you! Multi-award winning chef Tony Budde has over 30 years of professional experience, including his role as Executive Chef with the Scottish Parliament and Chief Chef at Glasgow’s SEEC. Now Chef Instructor at Dumfries and Galloway College, Tony is brimming with inspiration, information and lots of excellent tips to encourage us all to cook more seafood. He’s delighted to share these with you during his cookery demonstration. Come along and watch Tony cooking up delicious Herb Encrusted Salmon, steamed and served cold, along with Oyster Aioli and Hand Dived Scallops on Lamb with Lemon Thyme Sauce.
