Description

Great Asian supermarkets are finally coming to ATX and making high-quality sushi grade seafood easily available. It means, we can enjoy great homemade seafood appetizers more often. Join passionate pescatarians to learn how to choose seafood, how handle and prep it safely at home, and practice making stunning appetizers for family and friends.

We will make Hawaiian hamachi poke, Latin-American octopus ceviche, and European tuna tartar. Ticket price includes the cost of ingredients.

BYO white wine and beer to pair with what we will eat for lunch.

Once you click to pay for your ticket, you will only have 5 minutes to complete your order. Once completed, your purchase is non-refundable. You will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite once payment is completed.

FAQs

What can I bring to the event?

Bring four 1-quart zip-locks or containers to take home the crepes you make during the class. You are also welcome to BYO wine to share with friends during the tasting of three flatbread meals at the end of the class.

What's the refund policy?

Two days before the class, I shop for fresh ingredients depending on the number of guests that purchase tickets, and I am unable to offer refunds or transfers to different dates. If you can’t make it to class you are welcome to give your ticket to a friend or family member.
