Event description
A hands on cooking class covering classic techniques to prepare seafood with confidence.

About this Event

Recipes will include pan seared scallops with lemon buerre blanc, roasted salmon with honey and soy, and Mediterranean fish en papilotte. This hands on class will teach basic techniques and skills that can be used with a variety of recipes. Class members will enjoy sampling all of the delicious food and will bring recipes home to recreate.
