He has serviced and coordinated hundreds of APQP program launches that impact General Motors Corp, Chrysler, Ford, BMW, and Mazda, covering the United States, Canada, EU, Germany, Africa, Mexico, South Korea and Brazil. In 2008 the economy and the automotive industry worldwide stalled and started to decline. Mr. Garrett said, he will never forget and will always keep it as a reminder, "nothing is always".

His Motto: Quality Management systems have not significantly changed since 1941. Learn the quality fundamentals and define your QMS. If you dont, others will define it for you.

His belief: "A company exists to solve problems for its customers and the community at-large, focus on that one thing and you will be successful and a good steward"
