Scoping Meeting for the Sonoma Developmental Center Campus Specific Plan and Eldridge Renewal Project EIR

The County of Sonoma will be preparing an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Sonoma Developmental Center Campus Specific Plan and Eldridge Renewal Project.

We're inviting agencies and members of the public to attend our scoping meeting on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 6:00PM, where they can share their comments on the scope and content of the EIR in accordance with CEQA Section 21083.9. The scoping meeting will be held in a hybrid format with opportunities for participation in person at Altimira Middle School Multi-Purpose Room and via Zoom (details below).

Agenda:

• 6:00PM - Open House begins
• 7:00PM - Presentation in-person and via Zoom
• 7:30PM - Public Comments on scope and content of the EIR
