Event description
Confidence and Communication - May 5th

About this event

Studies show that having confidence is highly correlated with success.  It affects how we feel, act and develop professional and personal relationships. Yet, confidence ebbs and flows and sometimes fails us completely. The imposter syndrome can kick in and make even the most expert of people in any profession feel inadequate at times. In this presentation, and using my experience as an attorney and executive coach, I will talk about:

Why confidence is important and why women tend to be less confident than men;

the four behavioral traits of confidence and

practical tips to build your confidence and the confidence people have in you.

You will come away from this presentation with straightforward ideas and practical advice on how you can be more confident at work, better able to communicate with your colleagues at all levels, and more effective in developing important professional relationships.

Looking forward to a great discussion!
