Tucked away on a quiet residential road, Yoke’s beautiful W12 studio offers a serene urban oasis where you can move with intention, find genuine connection, and truly feel good in your body.

This exclusive afternoon promises a rare and precious opportunity to pause and rediscover your centre. It brings together a dynamic blend of strength-building movement with profound restoration, perfectly paired with mindful sips and treats.Leave feeling recharged, reconnected, and ready to embrace the best of summer.

What to Expect:

1:00 PM – Mat Pilates Sculpt & Build with Belynda: Ignite your core and build strength from within with an energising Mat Pilates session. Connect with mindful movement from the ground up as you sculpt and tone, enhancing stability and leaving you feeling powerfully aligned.

2:30 PM – Restorative Stretch & Sound Bath with Sami: Transition from effort to ease with a deeply soothing stretch, followed by the profound calm of a healing Sound Bath. Melt away tension and create space in your body and mind, allowing the gentle frequencies to guide you into deep relaxation and inner peace.

3:30 – 4:00 PM – Nourish & Connect: Reconnect and recharge at our Nourish Bar. Enjoy blueberry iced matcha lattes, revitalising smoothies, and delicious snacks, thoughtfully crafted to refuel or help you wind down, depending on what the rest of your weekend calls for.
