Event description

Description

According to The Scrum Guide, “Scrum is founded on empirical process control theory.” Do you read that time and again and honestly understand what it means?

The iterative nature of Scrum allows for frequent opportunities to try out new ideas within the framework and discover, through experience, what works best for each team over time. Each successful experiment lays a foundational element for the team, and each Scrum Team member plays a role in this cycle of continuous improvement.

In this workshop, we will demystify empiricism by defining what it means, how it can be applied to the Scrum framework and roles, and share tools of the empirical process to add to your toolbox of experiments.
