STIRLING MANAGEMENT ACTORS AGENCY PRESENTS:

ACTING FOR SCREEN ONLINE INTENSIVE

A 14 HOUR INTENSIVE TRAINING PACKAGE DELIVERED TO YOU ONLINE ACROSS 7 MODULES - 2 HOURS EACH.

Our online classes are held over 7 consecutive weeks and we have 2 class option currently available:

TUESDAY EVENINGS - Beginning January 20th 2026

OR

WEDNESDAY EVENINGS - Beginning January 21st 2026

Modules:

Our modules are as follows:

Module One: Belief and Memory
- This will look at techniques for line learning and the concept of believability within performance

Module Two: Emotions
- This session will look at base emotions and touch on layering emotions for nuance of character

Module Three: Comedy
- This session will look at comedy acting both script driven and character driven

Module Four: Movement/Hotseating
- Looking at the concept and principles of movement within theatre and how we translate that to screen acting . Exploring the use of HOTSEATING to enhance performance

Module Five: Characterisation/Roleplay
- Looking at building your character and their role. For example police officers are people with real lives all too often we fixate on role and deny any depth of character

Module Six: Audition Techniques
- Looking at commercial and scripted in the room auditions

Module Seven: Self-Taping and Camera Work
- Selftapes are here to stay! ELEVATE your selftape game with some handy tips and tricks! - Looking at life on set, hitting marks and a great script to challenge you following on from all the modules.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• During these sessions you will work with both script and devised improvisation.
• Woven throughout each module is insight to real industry knowledge
• Our sessions will be 2 hours each
• Skills Based hour
• Devising and Performance hour
• Feedback tailored to YOU is imperative within our course
• Small cohorts allow each delegate the chance to have direct feedback tailored to them.
• A Friendly, professional environment with zero judgment

Our sessions are taught by Stirling Management Actors Agency's - Artistic Director: Nathan Wedge

Your final session will also be observed by our Lead Talent Agent - Carly

Course Requirements:

• Access to a computer with camera and microphone
• Stable internet connection

Course Material:

All scripts that are to be used within the seven week course will be emailed to you clearly labelled which module they are for ahead of the course start date.

There is no need to learn the material sent, although if you want to familirise yourself with the content please do!
