Are you in awe at the thought of making pizza dough from scratch? Forget about it! Homemade pizza dough is one of the easiest things to make at home and it only has a handful of ingredients! You’ll learn the basics of making dough from scratch including simple techniques like kneading, rising and stretching. Each person will go home with their own ball of dough to use at home, and we’ll make simple pan pizzas to eat after all that (not too hard) work! This is a hands-on class with plenty of samples.
