Scratch Day is a worldwide network of gatherings, where people come together to meet other Scratchers, share projects and experiences, and learn more about Scratch.
This event is open to all ages and skill levels. Perhaps you are a teacher that is interested in learning, or a parent that wants to support their kids projects, are interested in creating fun animations without having to know syntax or simply want to be around other Scratch enthusiasts.
Instructor Chris Mosier who taught the Intro to Programming for 5-12 year olds and his students, plus Travis Reynolds, and Brian Price will be leading the workstations along with a bunch of helpers. Beginners through Advanced are welcome (if you are past being a beginner perhaps consider helping others!).
Workstations will include:
- Just for Beginners
- Scratch 2.0
- and more!
