SCPHCA Registration Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing and received by the SCPHCA on or before Friday, November 16, 2018, for a full refund less a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations received after Friday, November 16, 2018, are non-refundable; however, substitutions are encouraged.
