SCPHCA Registration Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing and received by the SCPHCA on or before Thursday, October 3, 2019, for a full refund less a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations received after Thursday, Ocotober 3, 2019, are non-refundable; however, substitutions are encouraged.
