  • Assessing the "Trump Justices" within the Court
  • Selected Important/Interesting Cases this Term by Issue Area
  • Looking Forward: Accepted for Next Term (2022-2023)

PRESENTERS

Dr. Todd Collins

Dr. Todd Collins is the Steed Distinguished Professor in Public Policy and the department chair for the Department of Political Science and Public Affairs at Western Carolina University. He earned a JD from UNC-Chapel Hill and a PhD from the University of Georgia. Dr. Collins’s research focuses on law and courts, constitutional law, and judicial behavior and he has spoken at several North Carolina State Bar CLE programs in the past. Dr. Collins’s publications appear in numerous political science journals, law reviews, and media outlets.
