Description

In celebration of our new exclusive Scottish imports, we are bringing together some of Scotland's very finest food and beverages. We are honored to welcome Jane, director of the St. Andrew's Farmhouse Cheese Company and Tim, whisky ambassador from Aberlour Distillery for a spectacular evening of whisky and cheese. During this edible lesson on how and why whisky and cheese pair so well together, Tim will explain the origin and rich history of Aberlour Distillery, located in the heart of the Speyside, as well as the vast and distinct flavors associated with the various types. Together, they'll plate up some of our brand new Scottish cheeses alongside a variety of whisky styles in a multi-flight tasting to illustrate the vast potential of these pairings. This will be an epic evening of whisky and cheese that shouldn't be missed!
