Parents and families, do they make a difference? Examining the arguments for and against parental involvement.
This year's lecture will be opened by Mark McDonald MSP, Minister for Childcare and Early Years.
We are pleased to announce that the lecture will be delivered by Dr Janet Goodall of Bath University. Dr Goodall will be speaking about the fantastic work she has done around parental engagement as a means of school improvement. Timings are as follows:
5:30pm - Tea, coffee and networking
6pm - AGM
6:30pm - Refreshments
7:15pm - Lecture
8:30pm - Finish
This event is free of charge but booking your place is essential. Members are warmly invited to attend the AGM. The lecture is open to all who have an interest in furthering parental engagement.
