We look forward to seeing you at the Scleroderma Foundation of Southern California Patient Education Day this Summer! This event is a wonderful opportunity to meet and connect with the members and leaders of our group. We will provide refreshments and a box lunch.

You must register to attend as seating is limited. This is a FREE event to members of the Scleroderma Foundation, or membership fee of $25 can be collected during check in. (Spouses & Caregivers Do Not have to pay)

PLEASE NOTE: When you register we base the amount of food ordered as well as copies of the program on the total number of registrations. PLEASE, we are asking those who RSVP to let us know if they become unable to attend AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. This will allow us to adjust the food order and amount of copies we make of the programs to cut down on our cost.
