What is Science Hack Day?
Science hack day is a 48-hour-all-night-event that brings together designers, educators, engineers, developers, geeks and scientist together to for a brief period of hacking, collaboration and building cool stuffs. The event involves collaborating on projects that can spread knowledge, solve problems and further public participation in science.
What is a hack?
A hack is a quick solution to a problem – maybe not the most elegant solution, but often the cleverest. On the web, mashups are a common example of hacking: mixing up data from different sources in new and interesting ways.
Who is this for?
