"From my earliest memories, I can remember making and building whatever came to mind. That practice and pastime has helped me prevail over many challenges in life, and it is my passion to excel in the making of inventions and prototypes. First and foremost my mission is to share and support the community through co-founding Open Lab Idaho, volunteering and holding workshops at libraries, exploring the bleeding edge of 3D printing and 21st century maker-tools, and helping to inform and shape the maker community in Boise. It is paramount to foster access and openness for the next generations of makers, scientists, engineers and inventors. I have harnessed those experiences of achievement and challenges into my business Citizen Scientific Workshop and through outreach, education, and invention, share that experience with the community."
What do you love about our Boise community and why?
"Everyone I meet has an idea, something they are working on, an awesome endeavor. It seems like so many people are working each and every day to make a new thing or better the world around them. Cooperation and collaboration are common here and the results are always amazing."
