Class runs 90 minutes
Allison is back in 2023 with more classes to build your clawhammer technique and repertoire. For students who are comfortable with drop thumb, bum-ditty and double thumb techniques with some tunes in their pocket. We will learn new repertoire, but each tune will have a focus. Some concepts we will cover are creating variations, learning from source recordings and how to practice rhythm.
The workshop will be taught on the Zoom internet platform. Instructions for accessing the online course will be sent to you by email the week before class begins. All classes are recorded and made available through a password protected site for practicing and future use.
