Dear Friends of Industry:

We want to extend an invitation to you and your sales representatives to attend the “48th” Annual School Nutrition Association of South Dakota Conference, to be held July 23 –July 25, 2019, at the Pierre Ramkota Hotel and Conference Center. With this registration you will be given the opportunity to become an SNASD Industry Member with our new and improved structure. We offer this membership only 1 time a year.

We have a membership of 530 throughout the State and we anticipate more than 250 will be in attendance at the Conference for the workshop, general sessions and vendor booths. This is an excellent time to show your products to School Nutrition Employees from around the State.

The general sessions of conference will begin on Wednesday, July 24, 2019. The Vendor exhibits area will open Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 12:30 PM and remain open until 3:30 PM. Directors/Buyers will have the 1st hour of the Vendor Show while the rest of membership is in a closing session. The 2nd hour will flip flop. The 3rd hour will be open to all. Buyers will be noted as such on thier name badge.

Conference exhibits may begin setting up 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, and the exhibit area will open again at 7:00 AM on Thursday, July 25, 2019 so you may be ready by 12:30 PM.

NEW Industry Membership: We are excited to be releasing a new Industry Partner Membership structure! For detailed info on this please visit our website https://www.snasd.org/industry-membership. You will be given opportunity to become a member along with your registration for the conference. Many benefits are included in the membership. Depending on the level even vendor show booth space and advertisement is included!

Booth Space: for the Vendor Show will very in price depending on your registration choice. A full booth will include two 6 foot tables, 2 chairs and 110 electric wiring. If a different voltage is needed please indicate that in the registration questions.

Vendor Advertisement: for our conference booklet is available for purchase. The advertisements can be submitted by email and are printed in full color. To allow for printing time please send you advertisements (in /tif, jpeg pr PDF formats) to Roxann.DuBois@k12.sd.us no later than June 1, 2019.

Payment Options: You may pay with debit or credit card as well as check. Please mail check immediately (instead of bringing payment to the conference). Make checks payable to SNASD and send to:

Exhibit Details:

1. Exhibitors shall be bound by the rules and regulations set forth herein and by such amendments or additions to the rules and regulations, which may be established by the exhibit manager and duty, authorized representative of the sponsoring organizations.

2. STANDARD BOOTH EQUIPMENT: Booths will include two 6’ tables covered with floor length white linen and chairs. Plenty of trash cans will be available for booths. Any additional booth equipment is the responsibility of the vendor.

3. Exhibits may be set up between 4:00 pm -7:00pm on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 and between 7:00am-12:00 noon on Thursday, July 25, 2019. Special equipment and lighting for the displays are the responsibility of the vendor. If you need this service, you must talk with the the SNASD Industry Board Reps.

4. Subletting or dividing exhibit space is not allowed except by permission of the SNASD Industry Board Reps. Any decorations must be 100% fire resistant. No helium balloons allowed. Marring, tacking or defacing the walls is not permissible.

5. All exhibit space must be paid in full prior to set-up. DEADLINE IS July 1, 2019.

6. 110 Electrical is included with registration. If you have requested a different voltage you will be responsible for any extra charges. Contact Industry Board Reps.

*****REFUND AND FEE POLICY: Cancellations will be accepted up to July 1, 2019. There will be no cancellations accepted or refunds given after July 1, 2019. Cancellations made before the cancellation deadline will be assessed a $100 fee. Please contact Desiree Anderberg, DAnderberg@ysd.k12.sd.us, prior to July 1, 2019 for refund.
