Description

What is the SLE? The Scholastic Level Exam measures cognitive ability. It predicts how quickly and thoroughly a student can understand instructions, learn new material, and handle the mental demands of school.

How is the test administered? Below is the basic structure of the test. You will have 12 minutes to answer as many questions as possible. You will receive 1 point for every correct answer; you do not loose points for incorrect or blank answers.

Number of Questions: 50

Time Limit: 12 minutes

Proctored or Unproctored: Proctored

Requires Internet Access: When administered online

Surgical Technology minimum required score: 19

Can I retake the test? Yes, you may take the test up to 2 times per calendar year.

Can I study before the test? Yes, although resources are limited. I suggest checking your local library for a study guide. For review questions, visit this links below:
