About this event
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Dates of the Art Crawl are:
- Friday, April 29 - 6 pm to 9 pm
- Saturday, April 30 - 12 pm to 7 pm
- Sunday, May 1 - 12 pm to 5 pm
Artists are responsible for bringing their own set-up including tables, displays, hanging walls, extra lighting, chair, and other items needed to manage their own sales.
This is a 3-day event; artists must remain set up for the weekend and clean their space at the end of the event.
Every show space is slightly different with unique benefits. We will match you with a location after you complete the registration. New this year: the Atrium is available for 10 x10 booth set-ups. Booths will vary from 6x6 to 10x10 thoughout the Brewhouse. You will need to be creative with your display and be kind to your neighbors.
All artists must have a ST-19 form (or statement of exemption) prior to the day of the event.
The event will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be offered in the event of inclement weather.
Covid-19 considerations: We are asking all vendors and guests to follow current CDC guidelines understanding that the Schmidt is our home. In the event the Spring Art Crawl is canceled due to COVID-19, we will only be able to offer partial refunds. Refunds will be determined after all Schmidt Art Crawl Committee expenses are covered.
Vendors also must submit 3 images of their art to: theschmidtartcrawl@gmail.com at the time of submission.
