Schellville 2022 Enchanted Winter Celebration

You better not pout, you better not cry because Schellville is coming back to town.

In 2021, Schell Brothers brought their magical Christmas village dreams to life. Welcoming more than 104,000 guests, serving more than 12,000 cups of hot cocoa, and raising more than $84,000 to help end childhood hunger, Schellville was much more than a village behind Tanger Outlets it was a Christmas miracle for many.

With its great success in 2021, Schell Brothers in partnership with Tanger Outlets is excited to announce the expansion of Schellville for the 2022 season. The expansion will include tree houses, an expanded snow zone, an amazing band line-up every night, a sledding hill, game room, a new train, and much more!

Schellville is guaranteed to be filled with holiday magic, goodwill, and fun for the entire family. And the best part, most of the activities are completely FREE*!

*Admission and most activities are free. Fees for skate rental ($5.00 - unless you bring your own). Third party vendors, food concessions and shopping charge independently. Cash, credit cards and contactless payment onsite at booths.

SCHELLVILLE FAQ

• PETS are NOT allowed, with the exception of service dogs as defined by the ADA.
• LOCATION: Behind Tanger Outlets Seaside - 36470 Seaside Outlet Drive, Rehoboth Beach, DE, 19971
• HOURS: 5pm-9pm. Early bird access for seniors and young children will be available
• CLOSED November 24, December 24 & 25
• NO smoking inside the event. Please step outside the gates.
• WEATHER: Open rain or shine unless there is severe weather and high winds 35 MPH or higher. Come dressed appropriately. We'll announce any closures on Facebook and will email reservation holders through Eventbrite. If canceled, registrations will NOT be transferred to another night.
• ROLLER RINK will be closed if it's raining. We will refund any purchases made for the closed hours.
• SKATE RENTALS are $5, but you can bring your own for free. We recommend reserving a skating session online with your reservation.
• We're a FREE volunteer run event. Please be kind and patient.

• PARKING: There is limited onsite parking. Additional parking is available at Epworth Church or the Rehoboth Little League Fields and you can ride our FREE shuttle. Handicap parking will be allowed behind the Tanger building but is limited and is on a first come, first serve basis.
• The train is handicapped accessible.
• LIVE MUSIC starts at 7pm
• We recommend arriving 15-30 mins before your reservation time to get at the front of the line and to allow time for parking and shuttle rides.
• We're stroller friendly but recommend leaving it at home. If you bring one, please leave them outside of activity areas.
• NO stroller or wheelchair rentals available. Please bring your own if needed.
• CHANGING STATIONS are located in the bathrooms by the stage and in front of the maze.
• SANTA goes back to the North Pole after Dec 23rd.
