Description

This is a 24-hour CrossFit style endurance event. We will be completing one workout every hour on the hour for a total of 24 consecutive hours.

**Portions of the proceeds will go to the Prader Willis Foundation**

There will be 3 levels of glory; Heavy, Challenge, or Light.

  • Heavy: 24 consecutive hours. You are an ultimate bad ass.

  • Challenge: 12 consecutive hours. You will come Saturday morning for the 7AM start time and stay until the finish.

  • Light: 6 consecutive hours. You will come for the 1PM start time and stay until the finish.

CrossFit experience is required. You are under no obligation to RX every movement, but you need to know the fundamentals of each movement. There will be scaling options provided for more complex movements/weight and you will not be penalized for scaling a workout. If our coaches need to take time out of the hour to teach you how to perform a movement, that is time taken away from rest time. This event is not to learn, it is to endure. If you plan on participating in this event and you DO NOT have CrossFit experience, please contact Schedule II CrossFit to enroll in the March or April Fundamentals Class (On-Ramp).
