Schedule II CrossFit presents the 24-Hour WOD-A-THON

This is a 24-hour CrossFit style endurance event. We will be completing one workout every hour on the hour for a total of 24 consecutive hours.
**Portions of the proceeds will go to the Prader Willis Foundation**
There will be 3 levels of glory; Heavy, Challenge, or Light.
Heavy: 24 consecutive hours. You are an ultimate bad ass.
Challenge: 12 consecutive hours. You will come Saturday morning for the 7AM start time and stay until the finish.
Light: 6 consecutive hours. You will come for the 1PM start time and stay until the finish.
