Event Details

The bioinformatics team and research computing team will jointly hold this year's annual meeting for SCG user group. This provides an opportunity for users to learn about the cluster facility, ask questions, and request new features. 

Lunch will be provided!

  • The cluster is fully managed by an expert team of HPC IT professionals and services include OS and hardware maintenance and user management.

  • The bioinformatics and HPC IT team manages your software needs. An extensive suite of programming and bioinformatics tools is provided to you and maintained for your use. We download, compile, and update software packages so you can focus on your research.
