This course covers the importance of how we can best assist members of our community in times of emotional crisis, as well as stress management of the personnel who respond to help them. This course explains how and why first responders play such a key role to members of the community who are facing tragic events and how we can help them through the process. It will also provide tools on how to establish healthy habits and work environ- ments for emergency service responders. This course is designed to help providers have the type of career where their last day is as good as their first.
