Event description

One workshop that combines four critical UX design skills. The first half covers scenarios and personas, which are powerful tools that give you tremendous insight on how to make good design decisions. But to do your best work, you need to be persuasive so the second half focuses on how to persuade your team, managers, and clients, plus how to perform effective design reviews. The connection: the very best design reviews are scenario and persona based. Unique to this workshop is that you will supply your own project for the exercises.
