VENDOR INFORMATION:

While many minority groups have seen their employment rate improve since the 1980’s, persons with disabilities have seen an overall decrease. How can you tap into this valuable resource? How can you incorporate their abilities to overcome obstacles in your work place? THE SCBLN FORUM will help lead you down the path of inclusion and increase your company’s bottom line. The SCBLN FORUM brings human resource representatives and employment provider agencies together to learn what each has to offer. This first of its kind training for Wichita and the surrounding area will quickly become one of the most important business activities companies can take advantage of.

Booth Display Information:

  • One 8-foot table and two chairs will be provided.
  • Access to internet is available. Wi-Fi is available with limited internet access but air cards are recommended to ensure full access to the internet.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for any other equipment needed (extension cords, video players, cables, wireless devices, etc.).
  • Exhibitors may set up on Thursday October 4th at 11 AM
  • Exhibitors may not remove their displays and information until the SCBLN FORUM is over at 6:00 p.m.
  • Notification of site assignment will be sent by email no later than September 20th, 2018.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Sponsorship at the conference will elevate your organization’s presence at this important industry event. Sponsorship opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis.


Platinum $2000 (limited numbers)

  • The opportunity to showcase your organization in one of the following ways:

a) Sponsor the Keynote speaker. A representative from your organization will be able to provide information about your organization and introduce the presenter.

b) Sponsor the 2018 FORUM Mixer at Botanica immediately following the last session. There your organizations name and logo will be prominently displayed and you will be publically thanked for your sponsorship. A representative will have an opportunity to say a few words and welcome the attendees to this portion of the day’s event.

EXHIBITING TERMS

I understand the purpose of the SCBLN FORUM and will comply with the regulations below:

  • My booth will be staffed during the SCBLN FORUM hours of 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
  • My organization will provide all necessary staff to set up my exhibit.
  • Retail sales of merchandise or services will be conducted with no pressure.
  • My organization will adhere to the purpose of the SCBLN FORUM.
  • My organization will use all information obtained from the participants in the manner in which they were informed, i.e. mailing lists or promotional opportunities.

Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up the booth area after the FORUM. This includes taking all left over information (brochures, displays, give-a-ways, etc.), disposing of trash (including boxes), and cleaning up any spills. If the area is not appropriately cleaned and equipment/supplies removed at the end of FORUM there will be a charge of $25.00.
