Scary Bloody Mary Walk 2022- 50 remaining tickets

Dress in costume (or not) and walk historic downtown Cedarburg to visit five bars who are competing for the title of Best Bloody Mary! This event benefits Cedarburg Friends of Parks & Recreation.

There are 12 sponsor bars that will compete for the title Best Bloody Mary, while participants compete for Best Costume (Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place). After participants visit 5 participating sponsor bars they will vote for the Best Bloody Mary. Best Costume will be determined by community members and participants on our Cedarburg Friends of Parks and Recreation Facebook page.

• Check-in Starts at 10:30am, ends at 12pm
• Where: Community Center Gym @ W63N641 Washington Avenue, Cedarburg
• Age: You must be 21 years of age or older to participate
• Ticket Price for the 50 remaining tickets is $50 each(plus Eventbrite handling fees)
• There will be NO day of event tickets available. Ticket sales end October 16th, 2022.

New this year you may choose any 5 participating sponsor bars in any order.

Please note: unfortunately, a rotten apple can spoil the whole bunch; therefore, to protect this event for the majority of our participants, we will not tolerate disruptive and/or intoxicated participants. Restaurants/bars reserve the right to refuse service. Please be extra mindful that some of the participating establishments are indeed restaurants with participating bars inside. Be respectful.

The morning of the event on October 22, bring your ticket confirmation (either on phone or printed out) and your Government Issued ID to check-in. Once you have checked in, you will receive your vouchers to get one Bloody Mary at five sponsor bars, a goodie bag, a map of the area and a wristband to show you've been carded.

If you would like to be in the Costume Contest, register at the Check-In table at the Community Gym. You will get your picture taken by our photographer. You can register as a group or individually. There will only be one First, Second and Third Best Costume. The costume voting will take place on our Cedarburg Friends of Parks and Recreation Facebook page. The community and participants will be able to vote for their favorite costume. The Costume Contest winners will be announced on our Facebook page on October 24th.

If you are a designated driver, we will give you a special wristband for one free soda at each of the five sponsor bars. We trust you will not drink any alcohol. Participants who paid for a ticket can also request Virgin Marys.

Everyone participating in the Scary Bloody Mary Walk will vote electronically for the Best Bloody Mary, appearance, taste, etc. via email survey and will receive instructions on event day. A valid email address will be required to ensure one vote per person. Voting ends at 3:30pm.

The Best Bloody Mary will be announced by 6 pm on Facebook. The bar trophy will be delivered once winner is announced.

Please be patient and courteous and remember to tip your bartenders. They will be working hard to make you the Best Bloody Mary ever!

By purchasing this ticket, I acknowledge that I have read and understand CFPR's release and waiver of liability and indemnity agreement.

All participants MUST sign a liability waiver prior to participation. Waivers will be provided at check-in.

Tickets are only valid if purchased through Eventbrite. Tickets are non-transferable.
