The flavors of Scandinavia are as varied as the landscape. Showcasing both complexity and balance, this cuisine has taken the culinary world by storm in recent years. Caroline, our lovely Catering Chef, has grown up celebrating the traditions and culture of this beautiful and dynamic region. She is delighted to share her favorite family traditions and recipes passed down from her grandmother and great aunts. Fried potato dumplings stuffed with bacon and onions, creamy and herbaceous open faced sandwiches, and cake scented with warm, spicy cardamom are among the delicacies we will be enjoying during this cooking demonstration! Caroline will also explore the traditional spirits, beer and wine enjoyed by Scandinavians, particularly around the Midsummer’s Celebration, which is not too far around the corner! Join her for an evening of revelry to tantalize your palate and explore this region through your hearts and stomachs.
