Scaling Your MAT Sustainably
Event Information
About this event
*Important Update*
Like everyone, we’ve been closely monitoring the government’s advice around the Coronavirus outbreak over the past few weeks. Given the current guidance surrounding travel and large group gatherings, we’ve made the tough decision to cancel “Scaling Your MAT Sustainably” on 27th March.
However, we know this is a time when sharing ideas and advice is more important than ever, so we thought it would be helpful to replace the physical conference with a series of webinars over the coming weeks.
This will begin with two short webinars hosted by two of our speakers on 27th March. Mark Greatrex (CEO, Bellevue Place Education Trust) and Dan Morrow (CEO, Woodland Academy Trust). If you’re interested in joining, you can sign up for one or both of the sessions below.
Webinar Programme - Friday 27th March (click to sign up):
- Managing a geographically dispersed trust - Mark Greatrex, CEO, Bellevue Education Trust (Friday 27th March, 10:00am-10:45am)
- Nurturing staff wellbeing and mental health - Dan Morrow, CEO, Woodland Academy Trust (Friday 27th March, 1:00pm-1:45pm)
We hope you can join us - but if not, we’ll be scheduling more webinars with our other conference speakers in the next few weeks, so keep an eye out for updates from us. If you have any questions, you can get in touch at tellmemore@arbor-education.com, or give us a call on 0208 050 1028.
Hope to see you (on-screen) soon!
---------------
With some MATs facing financial pressure to scale fast, and others cutting back on scaling to focus on quality of provision, Arbor Education and Smoothwall are bringing MAT CEOs and Senior Leaders together at the Battlebridge Room in London to discuss different strategies for achieving sustainable growth. The conference will build on the success of our previous MAT conferences in London and Manchester over the past two years, attended by over 250 Executive Leaders representing 150 MATs nationally.
You’ll hear from MAT CEOs and Senior Leaders about how they've scaled their strategy, operations, central team process, systems, reporting, governance & culture. Also on the program will be a series of open and honest group discussions between MAT COOs who will share their experience of scaling different sized MATs. You’ll leave with a series of relevant, practical and implementable steps to take back to your MAT to help you grow sustainably.
With over 100 delegates from MATs across the country expected to attend, it'll be a great chance to meet other like-minded MAT CEOs and Senior Leaders. There will be lunch and plenty of breaks during which you can network, exchange good practice, advice and discuss how you've scaled your Trusts.
