About this Event

Scaling Up is a professional development training for farmers and food producers in the High Country. The goal of the gathering is to increase producers' capacity to scale up to new markets.

For 2020, Blue Ridge Women in Agriculture is excited to welcome Ellen Polishuk of Plant to Profit to two events for 2020's Scaling Up!

High Country Food Hub Annual Meeting, featuring a locally-sourced dinner

ATTENDEES

Open to the public. All farm and food producers, especially those interested in selling through the High Country Food Hub are encouraged to attend.

COST FOR THURSDAY EVENING

  • FREE for producers currently selling through the Food Hub
  • $25 - $35 (sliding scale) for all others, paid at the event by cash or check
