My apologies for the adjustments made to the course location. Trying my best to balance the # of attendees in the class with various cost and location constraints. Moving to Roam Alpharetta in order to best accommodate - thanks for your understanding!)
This two-day course (consecutive Tuesday/Wednesday 8:30am - 5pm) teaches the Lean-Agile principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). You’ll learn how to execute and release value through Agile Release Trains, how to build an Agile Portfolio, and how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale. You will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and how to apply the principles and practices of SAFe to support Agile teams, programs, program portfolio management, and to coordinate large Value Streams.
Attending the class prepares you to take the exam & become a certified SAFe® Agilist (SA)
Based on experience leading the SAFe 4.0 class previously, I am going to also include a special supplement on "Agile Tooling" in conjunction with the core Scaled Agile content. The intent is to help show examples of applying the SAFe framework into real-world use and enable attendees to gain a richer learning experience of the concepts.
