SCA Day of Service in Hammond, IN

Description
Please join the Student Conservation Association (SCA) in planting 50 native trees in Hammond on Saturday, October 20th!
Planting will take place in Wolf Lake Memorial Park around the lake and near the Pavilion!
WHEN: Saturday, October 20th, 9:00 am to Noon. Registration beginning at 8:30 am, kick-off at 9:00 am.
WHERE: Park in the northwest corner of the main Pavilion parking lot. Look for the Student Conservation Association work truck and trailer as well as the blue pop up tent!
WHAT: Volunteers will plant, mulch, and water native trees.
BRING WITH YOU: Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes and bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.
PROVIDED: All project supplies (tools, gloves, etc.) are provided. Drinking water and coffee will be available throughout the event.
