Primo Major is a high energy indie-rock band from San Francisco, Ca. Greatly influenced by their Mexican and Puerto Rican backgrounds, Primo Major fuses Latin rhythms with blues and rock-n-roll giving an exciting element to each individual song. Li Xi's most recent tracks are a palette of synth and acoustic melodies rooted by steadfast rhythms and a pounding bass line. A group that was first considered bubbly and bright, are now channeling their darker inclinations to emerge a scuffed up art rock ensemble.
The Relations are melancholy, melodic garage rock drawing inspiration from the energy of the '70s New York punk scene while incorporating lush stylistic elements of psychedelic/dream pop. Based out of San Francisco, the band formed as a recording project of Bay Area native Dan Apuzzo and has blossomed into a display of relatable earworms built on themes of breaking down and learning to rebuild. The Relations first recording (EP1) is a Valentine's day card made on construction paper, purely sentimental and created with the love and emotion of a crudely drawn heart.
