Chef Carl Dooley's culinary prowess was revealed to the world on Top Chef, but we have been enjoying his amazing culinary creations for years in Cambridge. We were first introduced to Carl as the chef de cuisine of Craigie on Main, but now he has become a local star as the executive chef of The Table. Chef Dooley is renowned for his transformation of local ingredients showcasing international flavors. In this cooking demonstration, Chef Dooley will be focusing on the cuisine of the Savoie region of France, where simple, high-quality ingredients like meats, cheese, pasta, and potatoes shine. As always, your tasting will be thoughtfully paired with wine. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from a true master chef!
