The editors of Saveur Magazine have tested these recipes in their kitchen and have partnered with ITK Culinary to present this class on Steak House Favorites.
We'll learn to make a few of the recipes in their recipe book that you'll receive in the class, then take the book home and finish the rest.
Ceasar Salad - This is the perfec starter for the meal and you'll never have to buy store bought dressing again.
Strip Steak with Green Peppercorn Sauce - This preparation is very close to the well known steak Diane but gets a different treatment for the luscious sauce.
Creamed Spinach - A splash of Pernod makes this classic dish a standout.
Twice Baked Potatoes - Irresitable with crunchy bacon and melty cheese.
Molten Chocolate Cake - If dinner were not decadent enough, this oozy cake is a perfect end to the meal.
Cost is $95 and class begins at 6:00pm.
