Rosters: Each team must have 8 – 15 players listed. Kicking lineups must up a minimum of 8 players and a maximum of 15 players. Fielding teams must have a minimum of 8 players and a maximum of 10 players. If teams would like to have non-playing coaches on their rosters, they are allowed up to two (2) per team. The minimum age to play in the tournament is 14 years of age. Each team is required to have minimum of two (2) female players on the roster (not to be included in the “non-playing coaches” category) and one (1) must be on the field of play at all times when a team is fielding.

*PLEASE NOTE: If teams are unable to field a roster with two (2) females on team, they are still able to sign up for the tournament. At the beginning of each of their games, a point will be awarded to their opponent. If two teams who do not have the minimum number of females meet in tournament play, this rule will still be enforced. If a team who does not have the minimum number of females qualifies for the Bronze or Gold medal games, this rule will still be enforced.

Coaches/Captains Meeting: There will be a mandatory coaches/captains meeting held at 9:30 a.m. on the day of the tournament. Tournament play will begin at 10 a.m. Teams will play games that are six (6) innings or 65 minutes, whichever comes first. All games will be single elimination.

Tournament play will begin at 10 a.m. Schedules and seeds will be sent out by Saturday, October 26 to team captains/coaches. This tournament is single elimination unless the number of teams allows for double elimination play.

The Gold Medal game, to determine 1st and 2nd place in the tournament, will be played at 4 p.m. unless there is a delay caused during tournament play.
