Most, if not all locals have seen the iconic and historic site of seemingly floating houses across Biscayne Bay known as Stiltsville. But what you may not know is The Stiltsville Trust, an organization responsible for preserving this treasured landmark needs our support. So in true Kush Hospitality fashion, we’re stepping up for keeping Miami authentic.

We're hosting a raffle fundraiser where 100% of the proceeds go to The Stiltsville Trust and the important work they do to conserve, educate, and inspire. We'll be providing passed hors d'oeuvres and your choice of a draft beer or glass of bubbles included in your ticket purchase, as well as a one-of-a-kind postcard with an image of Stiltsville provided by The Stilsville Trust. You'll also enjoy a curated photo gallery of Stiltsville images, as well as hear from an advocate who will educate you on the history of these magical floating homes.

We're raising donations through ticket sales and with your purchase of raffle tickets at the event which we've divided into three tiers, $20, $50, and $100.

$100 Raffle- Win a Day at Stiltsville, and let Kush Coconut Grove fill your cooler for the day with $200 in food and drinks! This grand prize is valued at $750 and the permit alone is very rarely granted so the exclusivity makes this prize a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. *Boat transport to the house is not included in the grand prize.
